This role involves assisting users with inquiries, troubleshooting, and delivering exceptional service for iRobot products. ### Your Role As a Spanish Speaking iRobot Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, offering knowledgeable support via various communication channels.
