Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Spanish Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to join our team in Sofia. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the safety and integrity of our digital platforms for Spanish-speaking users. Your work will help foster a secure and trustworthy online environment. ### Key Responsibilities * Monitor user-generated content and platform activity to identify safety risks and policy violations. * Investigate reported issues thoroughly and recommend appropriate actions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce digital safety standards and protocols. * Prepare detailed reports on safety incidents and trends for internal stakeholders. * Stay updated on emerging digital threats and best practices in online safety. * Engage with users and stakeholders to promote awareness and adherence to safety guidelines. **Requirements** * Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. * Experience in digital safety, content moderation, or related fields is preferred. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and users. * Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues. * Familiarity with digital content management systems and online safety tools. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. * Willingness to work in Sofia, Bulgaria. **Benefits** 1.
