Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated Spanish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting Imperial Brands in Greece. This position involves delivering outstanding customer service and support to Spanish-speaking clients, helping them with inquiries related to Imperial Brands' products and services. ### Key Responsibilities * Provide professional and friendly customer support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. * Resolve product-related inquiries, order issues, and provide detailed information about Imperial Brands' offerings. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. * Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex customer concerns. * Stay updated on Imperial Brands products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information. * Contribute to improving customer service processes and overall customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage. * Experience in customer service, ideally within FMCG or related industries. * Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools. * Willingness to relocate to Greece. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. **Benefits** 1.
