End to end processing of bi-monthly and monthly payrolls

Analysis and documentation of each countries control framework and payroll processing guidance

Ad hoc project support

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies

Performing reconciliations and audit tasks for monthly payrolls

Stay up to date with local payroll regulations

Support Finance teams with month-end close and reporting activities

Regularly review payroll processes and procedures

Attend to all escalated and critical payroll related issues on a timely basis

Payroll Specialist Ebury Malaga Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week As a Payroll Specialist at Ebury, you are the technical and operational heart of the employee experience. You ensure our global team of 1,700+ professionals across 29+ markets is paid accurately, compliantly, and on time. What you’ll do End to end processing of bi-monthly and monthly payrolls as part of a small team. Analysis and documentation of each countries control framework and payroll processing guidance. Ad hoc project support. Manage relationships with various stakeholders (i.e., Finance, HR, etc.) and the payroll provider to ensure end-to-end process excellence. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies Performing reconciliations and audit tasks for monthly payrolls. Stay up to date with local payroll regulations. Support Finance teams with month-end close and reporting activities. Regularly review payroll processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and reliability. Attend to all escalated and critical payroll related issues on a timely basis. What you’ll need At least 2 years’ experience of processing payroll across multiple countries. Experience of working with a global payroll provider/system, preferably CloudPay. Ability to take ownership of payroll processes; Problem solving mindset Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask. Excellent communication skills in English.
