Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed, Physical demands include: Lifting, Carrying, Pushing/Pulling, Sitting, Standing, Squatting/Kneeling, Walking, Speaking, Hearing, Vision, Manual Dexterity, Travel, Must be able to traverse office facilities across the MMS campus, Able to occasionally carry up to 20lbs/9kg, Able to occasionally lift up to 20lbs/14kg, Able to push/pull items in office areas and on the shop floor, Licensed to operate a motor vehicle, Able to sit for extended periods of time, Able to occasionally squat or kneel, Able to stand for extended periods of time, Able to walk through office and production areas, Awareness of potential compliance risks, Commitment to act with integrity
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School diploma with 3 to 5 years of space planning, CAFM, tenant occupancy programming and facility management services experience, 3-5 years experience in event planning, space planning or coordination, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and multitasking skills, Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed, Eligible for employment in the US
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design or related field
What You'll Do.
Manage day to day facility operations
Plan event details and aspects
Process associated invoices
Oversee budget spend and tracking
Manage events and address potential problems
Maintain working knowledge of event needs
Serve as point of contact for vendors
Manage event related communication
Develop new opportunities for workplace solutions
Administer occupancy data collection studies
Perform complex analysis tasks
Provide facility planning recommendations
Maintain space planning and forecasting reports
Assist in developing furniture test-fits
Assist in migration and phase planning
Maintain oversight on accuracy for occupancy data
Ensure planning deliverables meet expectations
Analyze and improve service delivery
Recommend and manage initiatives to increase service delivery
