An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required, BAS degree (5 years of relevant experience may substitute), Demonstrated ability to write and staff doctrine-level products, including USSF, Service, or Joint doctrine publications, governance directives, or similar materials., Headquarters experience in the US Space Force, US Air Force, Combatant Command, Field Command or equivalent., Experience with providing strategic advice, technical guidance, analysis and recommendations., Excellent written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)., Ability to multi-task and turn staff products rapidly in a dynamic environment., Ability to work with both internal and external senior leaders, offices, directorates, and action officers., The ability to work in a secure, confined location (i. e. , SCIF).

Nice to Have

Direct experience drafting or staffing USSF Service-level doctrine, including keystone or operational publications., Experience coordinating inputs and adjudicating comments across USSF Field Commands and Headquarters organizations., USSF training experience, such as training policy development, curriculum support, training strategy, or Headquarters-level training staff work., Familiarity with continuity planning, crisis-action documentation, and formal staffing and approval processes., Task Management Tool proficiency.

**Title:** Space Doctrine SME - STARCOM KBR is seeking a Space Doctrine Subject Matter Expert to provide on-site support to Headquarters Space Training and Readiness Command (HQ STARCOM) at Patrick SFB, FL. A strong candidate has experience drafting, staffing, and finalizing doctrine and governance products.
