Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field., 3-5 years of experience in occupancy planning, space management, or related field., Familiarity with workplace strategy concepts and hybrid work environments, analytical skills with the ability to work with complex datasets., Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement, Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities., Proficiency in AutoCAD and CAFM/IWMS systems, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on developing presentation abilities and executive presence., Ability to effectively communicate with and present to various levels of management and clients., Be proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment., Demonstrate a highly collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a customer service approach., Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and space planning

As an Space Data Manager/Occupancy Planner, you will support the implementation of our innovative workplace strategies and contribute to the efficient use of our hybrid work environment. As part of a small team you will be asked to become familiar with all aspects of the account. This position will be based in Newark, NJ.
