In this role, you will lead the end-to-end guest journey inside our luxury treatment rooms, delivering high-standard wellness therapies in accordance with strict corporate SOPs. This role requires an individual who embodies impeccable personal hygiene, strong emotional intelligence, strict discretion regarding guest privacy, and a proactive attitude toward international relocation. **Key Responsibilities** * **Treatment Execution & Standards:** Deliver a high standard of spa treatments and body therapies following corporate SOPs, with the ability to confidently advise international guests on available products and specialized treatment types. * **Operational Readiness:** Review guest treatment history from computer systems or logbooks prior to appointments. Set up treatment rooms perfectly, monitor audiovisual equipment, and replenish therapy supplies. * **Inventory Control:** Manage product stocks within the treatment rooms and proactively report to the supervisor when re-ordering is required to prevent shortages during peak hours. * **Guest Privacy & Safety:** Maintain absolute discretion regarding guest privacy (physical conditions, posture, scars, or stretch marks).
