What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Professional certification in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or equivalent qualification., At least three years of experience in luxury spas, wellness resorts, or high-end hospitality environments, preferably in a similar position., Ability to communicate fluently in English and Italian., You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
Nice to Have
International experience would represent an asset.
What You'll Do.
delivering exceptional wellness experiences to our Guests through personalized treatments
and attention to detail.
performing a variety of spa treatments in accordance with established protocols
creating a calm and welcoming environment
understanding Guests’ preferences and wellness goals
anticipating their needs
ensuring each interaction is tailored
contribute to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism
and service excellence
creating distinctive and meaningful experiences for our Guests.
Deliver a wide range of spa treatments including massages
and beauty services according to established standards and protocols
and personalization in every service.
Conduct professional consultations with Guests to understand their needs
and any contraindications
providing thoughtful recommendations on treatments
Anticipate Guest needs
ascertain satisfaction
and respond promptly and appropriately to requests or concerns.
Maintain accurate treatment records and communicate effectively with the Spa team to ensure seamless Guest experiences
Support the overall Spa operation
including set-up and breakdown of treatment areas
replenishment of supplies
and adherence to health
and hygiene standards.
