Provide professional service including spa treatments that exceeds guest's experience., Provide right health and wellness information to guests to assist their wellbeing of life by following Four Seasons Hotel standard operational procedures., Utilize the logbook and Book 4 time., Keep your work area neat, clean and quiet at all times., Utilize each of the rooms and provide information to guests about the services offered in the Spa as well as the Hotel., Utilize each of the retail products safety and accurately., Provide professional treatment on spa menu for any client., Provide amenities involved in the Spa treatment in order to customize and personalize the Spa journey., Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation., To provide a friendly and professional service that always exceeds guest’s expectations., To ensure the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety are executed., To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs., To attend training and meetings as and when required., Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Spa., Provide after care advise to guests by using retail products., Assist next booking of guests., Promote membership program when it is required.
