Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or spa environment, CPR and First Aid certification

Ensure smooth check-in and check-out
Handle guest interactions professionally
Address inquiries and resolve concerns
Coordinate spa reservations
Manage retail sales and gift card transactions
Escort guests to appointments
Ensure timely service delivery
Maintain cleanliness and organization
Enforce Spa and Fitness policies
Process transactions accurately
Monitor inventory levels
Assist with stocking and merchandising
Complete daily checklists
