Must Have
High school education or equivalent experience, 6 months and upwards of work experience in a hotel or spa, Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Spanish language, Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, Working knowledge of Book4Time, or equivalent Spa operating system, Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Experience in the high end/luxury market
What You'll Do.
accommodate and facilitate guest arrival and departure
Arrange spa appointments
Respond to all interactions in an efficient
and professional manner
Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality
Accommodate all guest requests
Assist guests with all inquiries in connection with spa services
Use the Spa software program
Recommend and schedule treatments
Collect payment for Spa services and/or retail purchase
