Must Have
Minimum 3 or more years of progressive experience in spa or hospitality management, proven track record of leading teams and managing operations, Demonstrated expertise in financial management, budgeting, revenue analysis, and business performance optimization, leadership and people management skills, Exceptional guest service orientation, Comprehensive knowledge of spa treatments, wellness concepts, industry trends, and best practices in the spa and hospitality sector, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Proficiency in spa management software, point-of-sale systems, and other relevant technology platforms, analytical and problem-solving abilities, Strategic thinking and visionary mindset, Knowledge of health, safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements specific to spa and wellness facilities, Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances, Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize procurement processes
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related certification in Spa Management, Wellness, or similar discipline
