Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or reputable spa, written and spoken English skills, Professional appearance and high grooming standards, Ability to handle guest interactions and complaints effectively, Flexibility to work varying schedules

What You'll Do.

and deliver a welcoming experience
and calm reception environment
Ensure smooth opening/closing procedures and staff readiness
Understand guest needs and recommend treatments
and memberships (soft sell)
Recommend further spa and fitness experiences and the purchase of retail products after each guest visit
services and membership for external guests without seeming “hard sell”
Handle guest feedback
and report issues to management
and member activities
Ensure smooth guest journey follow-up and satisfaction
