What You'll Do.
Coordinate immigration processes
Accompany employees through immigration
Manage necessary documentation
Proactively follow up on work permit expirations
Support employees in renewal processes
Ensure compliance with policies
Ensure compliance with data governance
Ensure compliance with regulations
Participate in HR audits
Follow up on corrective actions
Support OQLF requirements
Participate in francisation committee activities
Manage CNESST processes
Supervise health and safety committee activities
Support health and safety programs
Support health and safety training
Support health and safety awareness initiatives
Act as primary contact with external partners
