Must Have

Baccalauréat ou Maîtrise en ingénierie ou dans un domaine équivalent, 10 ans d'expérience dans la conception de systèmes aérospatiaux avec une expérience avérée dans le développement de systèmes de cabine, Capacité à diriger des équipes techniques transversales et inter fonctionnelles et à remettre en question les solutions techniques, Capacité avérée à présenter des solutions et des plans à la haute direction et aux clients, Expérience avérée dans la négociation de solutions techniques et de spécifications, Connaissance du processus de conformité de la navigabilité

Define aircraft requirements and objectives

Guide and motivate engineering and Cabin supplier teams

Ensure delivery of engineering solutions

Liaise with customer support and production personnel

Establish and monitor priorities for developments

Support the A220 Chief Engineer

Team & Collaboration

Guide and motivate engineering and Cabin supplier teams; Ability to lead transverse technical and cross-functional teams; In conjunction with the A220 Cabin Program team

Proven capability to present solutions and plans to senior management and customers
