What You'll Achieve.
Enable efficient operation of the A220 fleet worldwide; Ensure prompt response to customer requests; Ensure professional and timely closure of customer requests
Industry & Context.
Resolve a wide range of in-service issues; Identify optimal solutions to technical interruptions
Work in a 24/7 environment, Occasional travel within Canada & Overseas, ~25% Domestic and International travel, Possible on-call duties during week-ends and/or holiday seasons, Awareness of compliance risks, Commitment to act with integrity
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
AME Licence M or E and/or Bachelor degree in aviation engineering or equivalent, three (3) to five (5) years experience in aircraft maintenance and/or engineering, good level of knowledge of aircraft systems and structures, ability to deal effectively with customers, under somewhat stressful circumstances, ability to make good and accurate decisions exercising good judgment, customer support experience, good knowledge of aircraft Maintenance and Flight Ops
Nice to Have
experience with Python and machine learning frameworks, experience with React, knowledge of PostgreSQL, AWS, EC2, S3, Lambda, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis
What You'll Do.
Respond to customer technical queries
Resolve in-service issues
Perform structural damage assessment
Create action plans for troubleshooting
Ensure quality response to technical queries
Maintain communication quality with customers
Identify solutions to technical interruptions
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work jointly with other Airbus departments; Establish and maintain collaborative relationship with Customer Support and Field Services teams; Work closely with CRC Section Chief; Work within a passionate, determined and flexible team
