What You'll Do.
Lead SOX compliance lifecycle execution
Perform risk assessment and scoping
Coordinate SOX audits
Evaluate control deficiencies
Develop remediation plans
Track deficiency remediation progress
Identify opportunities to streamline operations
Eliminate redundant controls
Increase utilization of automated controls
Provide guidance on control responsibilities
Assess SOX impact of new systems
Manage SOX impact of workflow updates
Manage SOX impact of corporate initiatives
Support policy development
Ensure harmonized processes
Manage external auditors
Prepare status updates
Prepare control deficiency summaries
Prepare remediation progress reports
