Partner on review/approval of MOA Actions

Partner on review/approval of Requisitions/Offers

Partner on development and execution of Client Management

Co-supervise Regional Market Sector Leaders

Partner on project delivery

Partner on Area staffing

Partner on workload balancing

Partner on quality practices

Co-supervise Regional Business Class Leaders

Co-supervise Practice Group Leaders

Co-supervise Cross Sector Leaders

Co-supervise Professional Services Leaders

Partner on identification of Strategic Pursuits

Implement Area Organization structure

Supervise Regional Market Sector Leaders

Matrix supervise Area BGM’s

Set schedule for in-person meetings with Area leadership

Attend project reviews for critical projects

Serve as Principal-in-Charge for selected projects

Serve as Principal-in-Charge for selected contracts

Foster a collaborative culture

Identify and develop relationships with strategic partner firms

Maintain relationships with strategic partner firms

Drive the successful capture of key opportunities

Support Area Leadership on developing engagement with industry

Work on annual salary/incentive planning process
