What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4* or 5* hotel, Education related to tourism, Very good knowledge of English (written & spoken), Basic knowledge of Protel

Nice to Have

Knowledge of a third foreign language (French, German)

What You'll Do.

Support hotel in all operations

Maintain high service standards

Monitor hygiene and safety rules

Organize and coordinate daily operations

Monitor customer satisfaction

Improve and develop services

Monitor departmental budget

Check restaurant cleanliness

Participate in staffing process

Guide and train staff

Oversee ISO standards

Ensure hygiene and safety

Oversee PDA operation

Coordinate PDA distribution

Oversee orders and supplies

Check reservation system

Issue reservation lists
