Must Have
Minimum 3 years in similar position/level in a fine dining establishment or similar experience, A valid FoodSafe Certification
Nice to Have
Journeyman/Red Seal Certification an asset
What You'll Do.
Assist Executive Chef in daily operation
Maintain highest level of culinary excellence
Training and mentoring staff
Ordering and inventory management
Participate in menu planning
Assume supervision in absence of Executive Chef
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Act as a liaison between the Executive Chef and the kitchen brigade; Assist Chef and fellow Sous Chefs in daily operations
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
