2-3 years culinary experience, Food Safety certification, WHMIS certification, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, Flexible schedule
Nice to Have
Prior experience in a supervisory kitchen role, Knowledge of kitchen training best practices, Knowledge of standard operating procedures
What You'll Do.
Support Chef de Cuisine
Lead and motivate kitchen team
Maintain kitchen organization
Oversee food preparation
Ensure stations are stocked
Assist with food ordering
Act as ambassador for BHC
