What You'll Do.
Assist Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations
Ensure smooth service
Ensure high-quality food production
Supervise and train kitchen staff
Maintain food safety standards
Assist with inventory management
Lead kitchen during Executive Chef's absence
Ensure consistent execution of culinary tasks
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff
Assist with menu planning
Assist with recipe development
Assist with seasonal adjustments
Monitor food presentation
Maintain inventory control
Enforce kitchen safety practices
Enforce sanitation practices
Develop kitchen staff
Coordinate with line staff
Achieve assigned tasks
Maintain food safety protocols

Promote food handling protocols
Communicate daily inventory
