What You'll Do.
Assist in managing kitchen operations
Ensure smooth service
Ensure high-quality food production
Supervise kitchen staff
Maintain food safety standards
Assist with inventory management
Lead kitchen during Chef de Cuisine's absence
Ensure consistent execution of culinary tasks
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff
Ensure efficient food preparation
Ensure efficient food service
Assist Chef de Cuisine with menu planning
Assist Chef de Cuisine with recipe development
Assist Chef de Cuisine with seasonal adjustments
Monitor food presentation
Ensure standards are met
Ensure guest expectations are met
Maintain inventory control
Enforce kitchen safety practices
Enforce sanitation practices
Ensure compliance with health regulations
Ensure cleanliness standards
Act as restaurant chef
Coordinate with line staff
Achieve assigned tasks
Maintain proper food safety protocols
Maintain proper handling protocols
Communicate daily inventory
Communicate ordering process
Prepare food to order
Maintain cleanliness guidelines
Maintain walk-in cleanliness
Maintain storage area cleanliness
Perform other duties as assigned
