## Job Description: Sous Chef – Jackson-Triggs Estate Winery **Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON** Jackson-Triggs Estate Winery, part of **Arterra Wines Canada** , is one of Canada’s most recognized wine brands. Located in the heart of Niagara wine country, our estate offers **patio dining, restaurant service, private events, and our popular Summer Concert Series in our vineyard amphitheatre**.
