ROLE OVERVIEW We're looking for a Sourcing Team Lead to own and elevate how Reflection finds talent. You'll set the strategy across all active searches, own hands-on sourcing for our hardest roles, and raise the bar on how the team sources and communicates. This is a high-ownership role on a small, fast-moving recruiting team — you'll have real influence over pipeline quality and the systems that drive it. Based in New York City or San Francisco. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design sourcing strategy across searches — channels, search technique, target companies, and talent pools — with a tiered approach so effort matches priority - Own swim lanes across the team, assigning who sources and who runs outreach on each search so no candidate is double-touched and nothing slips - Maintain outreach templates and sequences, approve new messaging, and spot-check live outreach for quality and personalization - Make prioritization trade-offs visible — decide which searches get capacity, in what order, and at what intensity - Define and report on pipeline metrics — volume, response rates, qualified rate, speed to pipeline, channel effectiveness — and use them to coach - Own hands-on sourcing for the hardest, most senior searches, modeling the standard for the team - Develop the team's craft: search technique, messaging, market research, and tooling; act as a calibrated interviewer for new sourcer hires WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Several years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience, including hard-to-fill or senior roles - A track record of building pipelines from scratch — strong search technique and creative, high-converting outreach - Experience guiding or c
