Must Have
Subject matter expertise in hard services (FM engineering, maintenance operations, asset management) within commercial and retail environments, Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain or Facilities/Engineering discipline, 3-5 years demonstrated experience working within the Facilities Management industry, with a track record of technical delivery and leadership in hard services for commercial or retail tenants or clients, Proven ability to deliver results as part of a multi-disciplinary sourcing team, with demonstrated project management expertise in balancing multiple priorities and timelines, Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, Solid understanding of supply chain performance, contracting, and supplier risk management
