What They're Looking For.
Must Have
minimum of 10 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, proven expertise in contract management and T&C’s negotiations with suppliers, excellent analytical skills with a track record of improving productivity in procurement processes, negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, advanced proficiency in ERP systems and procurement tools, deep knowledge of compliance standards, trade regulations, and risk management practices, excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers and suppliers
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
What You'll Do.
overseeing sourcing strategies
placing purchase orders
negotiating contracts
establishing long-term agreements with both direct and indirect suppliers
placing and following-up on Purchase Orders (PO) and manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution
setting contractual agreements with direct and indirect suppliers to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks
leading negotiations to achieve optimal pricing
sending RFQs to potential suppliers
and select suppliers based on cost
working with manpower contractors and establish long-term contracts to ensure workforce availability and compliance
developing sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends
monitoring supplier performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
conducting market research to identify new suppliers and evaluate industry developments
