What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-2 years of strategic sourcing experience inclusive of category management, Experience in sourcing & procurement and or Facility Management, Experience in integrated outsourcing and supply chain management and procurement with the ability to accomplish results through vendor management
Nice to Have
Past experience in banking, projects or facilities management industry is a plus, knowing Mandarin is a plus

Execute end-to-end indirect procurement and outsourced service projects
Manage the full supplier lifecycle
Maintain and continuously improve procurement records
Monitor market trends and supplier provide data-driven insights
Support other sourcing/procurement related projects
Adhere to company procurement policies
Support internal and external audits
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Stakeholder engagement; Liaise with Finance, Legal, and business units; Engagement with local IFM teams
Communication Scope
Good command written English; Good command spoken English; Good command spoken Cantonese
Process & Methodology
Manage multiple initiatives, Manage integrated outsourcing programs, Execute procurement governance, Execute vendor sourcing and savings projects
