Ensure 100% compliance with sourcing and procurement procedures
Process vendor creation/update/unblock on platforms
Get savings for client through sourcing tools
Improve suppliers’ service level
Develop and implement price agreements with suppliers
Monitor and follow up deliveries
Act as commercial liaison between requesters and suppliers
Ensure compliance with JLL Policies and Procedures
Link supplier capabilities with business needs
Deliver Hard Savings and Cost Avoidance
Track and report all savings achieved
Support Regional Sourcing Coordinator or Manager
Facilitate change management issues
Create saving initiatives
Maintain vendor’s files according to policies
Ensure contractual terms and conditions comply with standards

Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **Title:** Sourcing Specialist **Goals of the position** * To ensure 100% compliance with all sourcing and procurement procedures and records according to all corporate policies. * Process vendor creation/update/unblock on JLL and client platforms. * To get savings for our client as a result of biddings, benchmarking, negotiations, regional leverage or any other Sourcing tools. * To improve the suppliers’ service level with the same or less contract cost. * undefined **Task and responsibilities** Sourcing and Procurement activities * Develop and implement price agreements with the suppliers and follow all proper approval procedures. * To monitor and follow up deliveries, claims, returns and exchanges of the services/goods when required. * Commercial liaison between services requesters (from JLL/Client) and the suppliers. * Ensure compliance with JLL Policies and Procedures, LA Sourcing Guidelines and the client’s Internal Controls. * To link supplier capabilities with JLL’s client’s business needs for competitive advantage. * Deliver Hard Savings and Cost Avoidance for our operation.
