What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field, 1-3 years of experience in procurement, finance, data analysis, or related analytical role, Experience working with large datasets and identifying data quality issues, Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data validation), Experience querying databases or working with business intelligence tools, Comfortable learning new software platforms and technical tools, attention to detail and data accuracy, Understanding of procurement processes (purchasing, suppliers, contracts, spend categories), Analytical mindset with ability to translate business questions into data analysis, Problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve data discrepancies, Clear communication skills to explain data findings to non-technical audiences, Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks independently, Collaborative team player who asks questions and shares knowledge, Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable as processes evolve, Quality-focused with commitment to accuracy and thoroughness
Nice to Have
Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation, Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), Knowledge of data governance or master data management concepts, Previous experience in commercial real estate or professional services industry, Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) or P2P platforms (Coupa, Ariba), Basic understanding of Python or scripting for data automation

Generate insights from procurement data
Create ad-hoc reports and analysis
Support category managers with spend analysis
Build and maintain standard procurement reports
Validate report accuracy against source systems
Identify data patterns
Translate business questions into data queries
Help test new features in sourcing platform
Gather user feedback and document suggestions
Assist with user onboarding and training
accurate procurement data
Pull spend data from ERP systems
Review data quality issues and resolve discrepancies
Standardize supplier names and classifications
Update and maintain master data tables
Document data quality issues and implement fixes
Follow established data standards and validation procedures
Help maintain data dictionaries and documentation
Assist with user access requests
Support audit requirements by maintaining documentation
Work with cross-functional teams
Partner with Data & Intelligence Director
Collaborate with Lead Product Engineer
Support category managers with data requests
Communicate data issues and resolution plans
