Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or a related field, 7+ years of procurement experience, minimum 3 years’ data center electrical equipment experience required, In-depth knowledge of data center electrical systems: High Voltage (Substations), Medium Voltage, and Low Voltage, procurement, sourcing, and negotiation skills, Understanding of complex Bid Analysis and TCO, Excellent relationship management, communication, and project management abilities, Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems, Data Center construction procurement

Develop category strategies

manage RFPs/RFQs for major electrical components (Substations

Lead commercial negotiations for pricing

prepare comparisons and cost analysis
Oversee equipment from initial design/specification through delivery
Issue Purchase Orders
resolve invoice issues
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Project Management, and Finance to align procurement with design, budget, and site needs; Escalate supplier performance issues to Procurement and Development leadership as required; Build supplier relationships; monitor performance; conduct business reviews

The procurement team is responsible for the sourcing and contracting to support the overall corporation including Capital Equipment, Construction, Design Services, Engineering and Indirect to support new and installed Data Center capacity. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sourcing Manager for Electrical Equipment procurement to join our team.
