Source and onboard suppliers globally
Create sourcing plans for each category
Deliver sourcing plans through supplier reviews
Deliver sourcing plans through pre-qualification
Deliver sourcing plans through onboarding
Deliver sourcing plans through contract negotiations
Identify ways to forge partnerships with new suppliers
Evaluate suppliers' performance against metrics
Develop metrics with internal stakeholders
Improve metrics with internal stakeholders
Balance priorities of Cloudflare and suppliers
