Actively manage the indirect supply base with cross‑functional engagement and support. * Implement and execute procurement processes that deliver cost, service, and volume targets across indirect spend focused on Capital Machinery and Equipment. * Drive continuous improvement in sourcing governance, supplier performance, and total cost of ownership within indirect categories. **YOU HAVE:** * BS / BA degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, MBA preferred. * 8-10 years of experience in a large, complex purchasing or procurement organization, with demonstrated success in indirect sourcing environments. * Ability to apply AI and digital tools to enhance decision-making, sourcing strategy development, and supplier performance management. * Fluency in English and Spanish language preferred, particularly for supplier engagement and col
