What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–5 years of experience, Good understanding of sourcing and procurement processes, Experience in handling RFQs and supplier quotation analysis, Knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrial components, or engineering products, negotiation and vendor management skills, Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings, Good communication and coordination abilities, Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field, 1 to 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or supply chain operations
Nice to Have

Manage end-to-end sourcing activities for manufacturing components

Prepare and float RFQs (Request for Quotations) to suppliers and vendors based on project and production requirements
Evaluate supplier quotations based on pricing
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new suppliers to ensure uninterrupted supply and competitive pricing
Coordinate with engineering and production teams to understand technical specifications and sourcing requirements
Conduct supplier comparisons
and commercial discussions to achieve cost optimization
Support procurement planning and ensure timely material availability for manufacturing operations

Identify opportunities for vendor development

Monitor market trends
and material pricing to support strategic sourcing decisions
