**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Develop and implement procurement strategies for the assigned category, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and business goals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness of goods and services. * Identify opportunities for cost savings and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to achieve cost reduction goals and improve payment terms. * Identify and mitigate risks related to the supply chain, including supplier disruptions, quality issues, and regulatory compliance. * Manage procurement activities for a smaller category, ensuring alignment with financial targets and optimizing procurement efficiency.Manage supplier contracts, performance, and compliance, ensuring the company’s procurement goals are met. # Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field. * More than 4 years of experience in procurement and category management, preferably within a multinational or industrial environment. * Expertise in procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation. * Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of procurement strategies, category management, and supply chain risk management. ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
