**Mission** Join us in a role where your expertise truly makes a difference. As a Sourcing & Category Management Expert IV, you will lead high-impact sourcing initiatives, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive value through smarter category strategies, cost optimization, and sustainable sourcing. This role offers visibility, ownership of end-to-end projects, and the opportunity to position procurement as a true business partner and value creator. **About the team** Join a collaborative and forward-thinking team where trust, ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement define how we work. We partner closely with the business, challenge the status quo, and support each other to deliver meaningful impact—while creating an environment where all ideas are heard and growth is supported. **Your day to day** * Contribute to forming sourcing teams & defining business and functional requirements/selection criteria for different projects * Perform market research & evaluation, continuously evaluate the local market on suppliers, products and price & quality development * Request for information and proposals * Evaluate proposals, negotiate and advise on selection * Analyze suppliers and cost categories to spot procurement opportunities * Initiate new procurement activities (contract renegotiations) * Measure realized cost savings and report to the management team * Conclude supplier validation/ checks and contracts * Provide support for the Global Procurement Bank sourcing initiatives (coordinate global projects, coordinate local project teams, provide specifications and local market input, negotiate locally, if necessary and advise on selection). **What you bring to the team** * At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Sourcing or Category Management * Proactive, interpersonal, and very good communication skills, positive attitude, team player, self-starter, eager to go one step forward, challenging, result oriented * Analytical & strategic think
