What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 - 5 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, operations or a related analytical role, Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment, Agile and adaptable with the ability to respond to changing priorities, Effective written and verbal communication skills, Experience with business reporting and operational analysis, High attention to detail with organizational and time management skills, Proficiency with sourcing platforms, ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, Analytical skills with experience processing and interpreting medium to large data sets, Multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Nice to Have
Familiarity with product lifecycle concepts such as sampling, costing, and spec review, Comfort working with CAD files or product specification documents a plus
