We’re looking for a Sourcing and Recruiting Lead to help us attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent at Vetcove. You’ll be the engine driving our recruiting and sourcing strategy — from uncovering hard-to-find candidates to guiding them through the process and ensuring a world-class candidate experience. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leadership, the cofounders, and hiring managers to build an effective and scalable hiring pipeline. You’ll lead sourcing initiatives, refine recruiting processes, and mentor a small but mighty team focused on filling our most critical roles.
