Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field, 2-5 years of experience in analytics, finance, or sourcing, analytical modeling skills (Excel required), Experience interpreting cost drivers (commodities, labor, freight, FX, packaging), Proven ability to translate data into insights and recommendations, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Operates within a global analytics model

leveraging executional outputs from offshore analytics partners and applying business context

and storytelling to help sourcing leaders operate at a strategic level.

Translate analytics into clear insights

and recommendations that accelerate sourcing decisions

and should-cost outputs to inform negotiation strategy and supplier challenges

Partner closely with Strategic Sourcing to support category strategy and innovation decisions

Lead scenario and sensitivity analysis tied to real business questions and decision points

Provide real-time analytical judgment in meetings

and leadership discussions

Develop leadership-ready narratives that connect data to business impact

Direct and leverage global analytics resources to ensure outputs align to decision needs

Perform ad hoc analyses to support sourcing initiatives

and executive requests

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner closely with Strategic Sourcing; Support Sourcing Managers and Senior Sourcing Managers; Work as liaisons among buyers, product developers and overseas partners; Close point-of-contact with Target team members in sourcing offices located in 20 countries around the globe; Support their work as liaisons among buyers, product developers and overseas partners; Cross-functional environment

The pay range is $58,100.00 - $104,600.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
