About this Role We’re seeking an experienced sourcer to own top-of-funnel strategy and outreach for business and GTM roles across OpenAI. You’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and engage exceptional talent, while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. This is a high-impact role where you’ll have the opportunity to influence hiring strategies, strengthen talent pipelines, and help shape the teams driving OpenAI’s success. Our team has an outsized impact opportunity for someone who has deep experience sourcing for business roles and driving all the front-end candidate funnel stages. As a G&A Sourcer, you’ll own hiring manager relationships across the organization, identify and engage leading talent in their respective fields, and partner with our recruiters and leaders to optimize the teams.
