What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–5 years of sourcing or recruiting experience within high-growth startups or fast-paced technology environments, Experience supporting GTM hiring across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Operations, outbound sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities, Ability to assess talent thoughtfully and communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders, Highly organized with attention to detail and pipeline management, Comfortable operating with ambiguity and adapting quickly as priorities evolve
Nice to Have
Familiarity with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms

Build and execute sourcing strategies
