THE OPPORTUNITY: We’re looking for a GTM Sourcer to help us identify and engage exceptional talent across our Go-To-Market organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves the craft of talent discovery, and knows how to creatively connect with high-caliber candidates before they’re actively looking. You’ll partner closely with Recruiting and hiring leaders to shape talent pipelines across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and other business functions as we scale. We care a lot about building a strong in person culture, and we’re very much in build mode. We expect the team to be in our SF office five days a week — that’s important to how we operate and scale right now.
