Support ad hoc recruiting projects as needed

ABOUT THE ROLE Netic is looking for a creative and driven Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives on finding exceptional talent before anyone else does. You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build robust pipelines, identify passive candidates, and ensure we're always a step ahead in a competitive market.
