Source CoE - Transformation Program Manager **Description -** **Job Summary:** The Source Center of Excellence is looking for a seasoned Program Manager with knowledge and experience managing Source to Pay Transformation programs to join the team. The Transformation Program Manager will manage a portfolio of Transformation programs impacting the Sourcing/Procurement organization. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the transformation programs, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives and managing multiple interdependencies across workstreams, functions and geographies. **Responsibilities:** **Program Leadership & Execution** * Define program scope, roadmap, milestones and success metrics (KPIs/OKRs). * Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget and quality expectations. * Monitor resource requirements for the project and collaborate with cross functional teams to assure resource availability. * Work closely with the Finance organization to understand and manage project budgets and spend. **Strategic Alignment** * Translate executive strategy into actionable program plans. * Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives and manage trade-offs. * Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value (cost savings, efficiency, growth, risk reduction). **Stakeholder Management, Governance and Reporting** * Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and SI partners. * Establish and drive executive-level governance (steering committees, status reporting, decision forums). * Influence and align stakeholders across all levels of the organization. * Provide clear, concise program updates to executive stakeholders. **Change & Transformation Management** * Accountability for organizational change management (OCM) efforts and assure that communication, training, and adoption strategies are in place and executed appropriately. * Identify and mitigate change resistance and organizational risks. * Ensure sustainable adoption of new proc
