What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years experience in the game industry, worked on titles on multiple platforms (mobile a plus), understanding of modern real-time engines, knowledge of a variety of tools (including Reaper, FMod, etc), knowledge of complex asset management systems, Demonstrable expertise in a wide range of sound design scenarios and device types, Builds examples or demonstrates complex concepts in Studio or other engines, emphasis creative problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills, Deep awareness of both industry common practices, experience with Roblox Studio’s sound design systems, Ability to envision extensible and efficient methods for sound creation in a game environment

inform the direction and priorities of sound design tools
integrate sound design tools across Roblox Studio
engage with AAA partners through education and co-development
build content for major public brand releases
and internal projects
Create sound assets for internal and external facing projects
support exploration of new features
push forward the quality of the brand
Evaluate internal workflows
build tutorials and sample content
advise external creators on best practices
surface opportunities to further improve workflows
