Must Have
1+ years of people management experience, 3+ years of general experience, Ability to work weekends, holidays, and/or overnight shifts, Stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, Walk in/and around the warehouse, Access all areas of building, Regularly bend, lift, stretch and reach, Lift and move items up to 49 pounds, Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics, Experience in a high volume, high production operations environment, Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Speak, write, and read fluently in English
What You'll Do.
Communicate policies to Associates
Act as the primary information source
Take corrective action

Support all safety programs
Ensure OSHA compliance
Ensure procedures are followed for building security
Ensure procedures are followed for product loss prevention
