Full Job Description
We are looking for a _safety conscious_ **Sorter** to join the team at our MRF (Material Recycling Facility) in **Plainfield, IL.** Typical job duties include: * Sorting recycled material onto different conveyor belts and moving material to the appropriate areas. * Maintaining the cleanliness of the recycling area and yard outside. * Help maintain equipment such as baler and conveyor line. * Other duties as assigned. * Other manual labor that does not involve the operation of heavy equipment. **_What We Offer:_** * **Pay: $20/hr.** * Family benefits, 401k, paid time off, and a great management team. * Garbage is very stable, and we work year-round. **_Job Requirements:_** * Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day. * Ability to work outside in all weather conditions. _Waste Connections is an equal opportunity employer.
