It will be up to you to make sure they have the skills and knowledge to stay safe, be efficient, and enjoy plenty of professional growth at Amazon – potentially becoming one of our future leaders. You’ll work with people at every stage of their career, from new hires to managers. This is a night shift position (Wed-Sat). Key job responsibilities - Deliver training and coaching to Amazon’s standard - Review and improve site-training completion rates together with managers and associates - Gather feedback and highlight areas where there are opportunities to streamline or improve the training experience - Work with teams to identify areas where further training and development is needed - Help to audit metrics such as safety, quality, and process across sites - Train and coach associates to become ambassadors who can help deliver coaching and training to local teams A day in the life The role of Trainer is about sharing and upholding our process standards. You’ll deliver high-quality training that outlines safety, culture, and site-specific procedures to Amazon employees as well as external partners, along with a warm welcome for new hires. As a Trainer, you’ll make sure everyone sticks to the highest operating standards. You’ll know how to constructively deliver feedback that helps learners grow and develop. You’ll be based on-site at one of our operational facilities, delivering in-person and online training to the team across a variety of shift patterns. You may also support other sites when required.
