What You'll Do.
Operates the Sort Line process
Ensures adherence to accident prevention programs
Leads Sort Line operations
Ensures compliance with safety
Maintains working knowledge of Sort Line equipment
Responsible for efficient operation and basic troubleshooting
Works to remove unsafe conditions
Executes the Sort Line manufacturing plan
Performs pre- and post-operation inspections
Safely and efficiently operates Sorting equipment
Continuously monitors production and waste materials
Continuously monitors equipment condition
Performs and documents minor service on equipment
Completes Equipment Condition Report
Follows all required safety policies and procedures
Serves as a positive representative of the Company
Executes other operational plans
Supports product delivery
Supports maintenance and operational role
Creates a collaborative
communicative team environment
